I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, although I noticed some wet patches near the window after heavy rain. The room was extremely comfortable, more so than the Deluxe option. It can easily accommodate 3-4 adults with an extra bed. Upon check-in, I was impressed by the cozy atmosphere.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to cater to your needs. I had a great experience with the room service, car hire, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff.

The location of the hotel was nice as it is near the center of the city and across the road from a night club. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Being near SM and Burnham Park was convenient for exploring Baguio City here in the Philippines.

I hope they introduce a 'BOTTOMLESS' hot chocolate for their guests next time I check-in. The GOLDEN PINES hot chocolate is a MUST TRY that I can still taste, remember, and crave for. They also served one of the best 'inihaw na liempo' dishes. The dining experience was traditional but the service was quick.

The facilities provided by the hotel were top-notch. I had access to everything I needed, including a quick dining service for breakfast.
